Foundation (2011)

The Minister of Home and Cultural Affairs laid the foundation stone for the construction of Stupa on 11th March, 2011.For the successful realization and management of the project, Project Management Committee was formed.Under the guidance of the ninth Emanation of Pema Lingpa, His Eminence the 9th Ganteng Tulku Rinpoche and  hundred and twenty five monks made Drubchen (Great Accomplishment Practice) for 9 days, from 9th to 17th March, 2011 to bless the site.
