Inauguration (2009)

From 25 to 30 December 2009, the ceremony of blessing (Salang), consists of breaking ground for the construction of the stupa. It was chaired by Lama Tashi, from the  Tharpaling monastery and Sarpang Dasho Dzongda (the prefect of the district).
